"Mary Hauser has been a neighbor and good friend for many years and in 2004 she brought about a huge change in our lives…..Mary’s best friend, Tripper, an Australian Shepherd, had PUPPIES!! I watched Mary with the pups, she told me about her selective breeding, she did personality test on them to better help place them with families and everywhere Mary went, post office, store, etc., from almost the first day, she had a box of puppies with her! From day one Mary is grooming the pups for their new owners. Of course I wanted them all.
We finally brought home Sam and the next year another one, Lucy. Later on, due to a situation I still don’t like to talk about, Mary presented us with Lucy’s sister, Cheyenne. I don’t know how I ever got along without them. They are my best friends, partners, soul mates, angels with fur and the joys of my life. If you’ve never experienced an Aussie in your life, you’ve missed a great experience.
My good experiences with Aussies are not by accident. All you have to do is spend about a half hour with Mary and you’ll see all that she does to see that the puppies and the new owners have a long loving and successful partnership. And the DOGS…..I could talk about this forever and do to whoever I can corner and tell them about Cheyenne and Lucy. They are extremely smart, loyal, athletic, obedient and an absolute treat to watch. Once Mary asked us to watch Katie and Calle for the weekend and I had 4, practically a herd and what a hoot, which explains, now that Mary has 15 new bundles of fur, that I want them all (again!). I’m still in negotiations with my wife!!

- Hi Mary:I wanted to thank you for the wonderful way you took us through adopting our dogs. My husband had been through the experience before but I had never. From the time we saw your ad on the internet to now we have been so thrilled. I was a little nervous when we pulled up to your front door, I was extremely impressed how you had us clean off our shoes before we went in and met the puppies. I like how you introduced us and let us visit with them for as long as we needed. Your comfortable surroundings made us feel like we were at home and very welcome.We love our dogs that are now almost two years old, Jack and Sierra from your 2009 litter. They were so well taken care of when they were with you that the transition to us went so smooth.
